76 Portland Place to the rescue!
Instead of sending Christmas card in 2009 we made a donation to the Battery Hen Welfare Trust, a charity who are striving fora welfare conscious egg industry in the UK.
They do excellent work rescuing hens from battery farms and transporting them to a free range retirement.
Our donation paid for crates to enable the transportation of 200 hens to a better life each time a rescue takes place.
