Regents Park Honey
Our caterer Harbour & Jones recently adopted two beehives in Regents Park and are supplying 76 Portland Place with delicious honey which our chef Leo Rodley uses to create wonderful cakes and desserts.
Regents Park honey is produced exclusively in Regents Park by Pure Food, created by bee keeper Toby Mason. The lightness & complexity of flavour make the honey unique. It is produced from bees sired by queens flown in each year from New Zealand.
These queens produce worker bees that are calm and gentle by nature making them perfect for Regents Park.
