The MIA is the leading meetings association for the meetings industry and the keepers of AIM, the only meetings industry standard endorsed by Visit Britain. Achievement of the AIM higher Silver or Gold award demonstrates that a venue has attained continuous exceptional standards against the most stringent quality assurance criteria, including a rigorous assessment focusing specifically on a venue's facilities, services and processes.
