Green Update
As you know, creating a sustainable environment is possible the hottest subject in the hospitality industry and will increasingly inpact both on peoples lives and their business. As such 76 Portland Place is sponsoring a research project that involves setting up a limited number of pilot schemes to test the energy efficiency of kitchen and service equipment, in conjunction with the FCSI.
It is anticipated that the monitoring equipment, installation and data collection will be managed by the FCSI and it's industry partners. The results of the research will be published by the FCSI. The Food Consultants Society International (FCSI) is an international body whose purpose is to promote best practice in the Hospitality Industry and in particular food services.
