All written communications, brochures, menus, and invoices are produced electronically.

Meeting rooms which have minimum and maximum temperature controls to use as little resources to heat/cool as possible>

Rooms lit by natural daylight or energy saving light bulbs>

Water purified and bottled on site using reusable glass bottles.

Fair-trade teas and coffees.

Your waste materials sorted and recycled.

Menus are sustainable and locally sourced where possible.

Any AV equipment will be from the in house supplier, saving on transportations.
