Sauvignon Blanc's

1. Mont d'Oc Sauvignon Blanc, Vin de Pays d'Oc, France (Sustainable Viticulture)  £15.50
With freshly-picked, juicy apple and gooseberry characters, this is a fine, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc.

2. Tierra Alta Sauvignon 2007, Central Valley, Chile £17.95
Rather delicate, soft Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, revealing a creamy texture of green fuit flavours.

3. Blenheim Point Sauvignon Blanc 2007, Marlborough, New Zealand £30.50
Vibrant, classically intense and vivacious Kiwi Sauvignon, packed with passion fruit and guava.

Chardonnay's

4. Le Coq d'Oc Chardonnay 2007, Vins de Pays d'Oc  (
Sustainable Viticulture) £16.00
A clean, lemony Chardonnay with crisp fruit flavours and a gorgeously refreshing finish.

5. Vaquero Unoaked Chardonnay 2006, Monterey, USA £18.75
Vaquero is a refreshingly light, bright example of lovely, tropical Chardonnay richness and flavour but it is made very much in the European style of an unoaked, fruit-driven wine.

6. ‘Stickleback' Chardonnay / Verdelho / Semillon 2007, South Australia £23.95
This wine is lovely and limey, it's fresh and light and easy to drink and has a ripe aroma of passionfruit and guava.

Smooth, fresh and light wine from Lugana with a melon and apple-peel crisp, structured palate that also possesses a texture of ripe, tropical stone fruit.

Light in alcohol but zippy and carrying a surprising concentration of superbly refreshing fruit.

Ripe fruit aromas fill the nose on this cherry and strawberry-laced rosé.  Fabulous value and impossible not to have a second glass.

16. Domaine de Tariquet Rosé 2007, Cotes de Gasgoigne, France £19.95
Delicate, vibrant rosé with a core of juicy blackcurrant fruit and a light, lively touch of raspberry on the crisp finish.

17. Three Choirs Rose 2006, Gloucerstershire, England. £23.95
A wonderfully rounded, smooth rosé that is packed with freshness and crisp summer raspberry flavours.

Red Wines

Softer, Easy Drinking reds

18. Coq d'Oc Syrah 2007, Vins de Pays, France £15.50
A superb, full-flavoured and silky French red, showing perfectly spiced blackcurrants and warm summer strawberries.

All of the awesome structure, warmth and richness of Rioja but with a greater sense of ripe fruit with earthy summer spices.

This ravishing, very generous, velvety and spicy Merlot-based Claret is a terrific result.

Dark, Full Bodied Red Wines
